DECO: Select Rooms
Not quite ready for the full facelift? Think of this as the Botox of home design. We focus on the spaces that need a little love - whether it’s one room or several - refreshing them through furnishings, finishes, wallpaper, and paint to bring new life (and personality) into your home. Perfect for evolving families, growing kids, and those “happy little” rooms that deserve their moment. Smile lines may remain - but they’ll look really good.
OH-NO: Mid project
You’ve started a project. You have the architect, the contractor, the permits… and maybe even a pile of mud in your backyard. What you don’t have? A clear path forward. That’s where we come in. We help you prioritize, organize, and confidently navigate the hundreds of decisions that keep a project moving - without the overwhelm. Use us as much or as little as you need - we’re here to make it all feel a whole lot easier.
The Process
PHASE I
Consultation
During the consultation, we go over all project goals culminating in a shared understanding of scope and divided phases, if applicable. This is also where we discuss budget. We go over style, aesthetics and desired timeline. This is a foundational meeting with substantial importance.
PHASE II
Scope and Documents
After the initial consultation, we provide you with a proposal outlining our estimated hours. This proposal includes fee schedules, billing information, policies as well as a definition of scope of work. Once the proposal is signed by all parties, we submit a contract for signature and begin working together - the best part!
PHASE III
Design & Presentation
Party time! In this phase we go a little MIA and work on the conceptual design. We build each design element from our conversations with you and pull together selections. We work within our agreed upon budget to source items that allow us to deliver on our original goal. All design decisions are considered during this phase and presented to you during our Design Presentation Meeting for approval.
PHASE IV
Installation
This phase brings it all together. The concluding phase where we handover your keys to a finished home or room, all trades have left the property, all art has been hung and everyone keeps saying "wow!"

Styling and accessories, typically placed for photography that occurs immediately after installation, are left for you to live with and decide if you want to keep.
